William P. Bill was born in Stamford’s South End and grew up in the Cove area. He attended St. Mary’s, Murphy, Rogers and Stamford High Schools. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and later earned his M.B.A. He worked as an advertising salesperson for the Advocate, a manager at Grade ‘A’ and rose to the position of Manager of Product Planning during his 12+ years at FAG Bearings Corp. He is married to Brigid Devlin Flannery and is the father of three children, Paul, Alison and Christine. Bill is proud of his Stamford roots.

Bill has continued as an active participant in the Stamford community. From his current home at 89 Pepper Ridge Road he is often seen walking or biking in the Ridges. Bill is now an appointee to the Stamford Social Services Commission. He serves as state Vice President of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, a member of the Order of the Elks, Lodge 899 and the Stamford Historical Society. He especially enjoys UConn Huskies basketball, tennis, dancing, pinochle and seeing friends.

As a full-time RealtorÒ Bill has completed well over 470 sales transactions during his 21+ years associated with William Raveis Real Estate. His proactive approach focuses attention on the homes he is responsible for marketing, or for buyers, the best available homes. Bill has earned awards for “Outstanding Sales Performance” and as “Top Listing Agent” and has been consistently recognized as a “Top Performer” by placing within the top 10% of agents statewide. Bill is a past Director of the Stamford Board of RealtorsÒ, a member in good standing with the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service,  the Connecticut Association of RealtorsÒ and the National Association of RealtorsÒ. He has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
